floors were stained, the elevator had scratching inside it of bad language (glad my kids were not with me) door

at 40 minutes i called as my kids had fallen asleep and it was still another 15 minute wait
room service staff was always exceptionally friendly
ordered room service and they gave us a 35 minute, time window
anthony at the front desk while checking us in even brought out a toy cart for the kids to keep them happy
lack of bellboy service. had to were a mask everywhere. inside access to casino was closed.

adding a sink, microwave and dorm fridge is not enough to suggest it is a serviceable kitchenette
the suite had an awesome living room/kitchen area which was perfect for hanging in the room
the restaurant downstairs and art bar were both incredible
we had a suite but they do not provide anything for the kitchen other than 4 wine glasses
room was so dusty (thick layer on top of armoire) that it flared my kids' allergies
