casino not too smokey and plenty of room

our room faced the pool, and the pool closed promptly at 9 pm to allow for a quiet night

would have loved if there was a spa to get a massage or something

the hun shoots when we first arrived was concerning and it had no parking available we had to park 1/2 mile away

the walk to the casino

the location was amazing. close to downtown and the casinos.as well as the breakfast.

also remove all bar stools at 9 o'clock guess money is #1 not patrons comfort

asked for a nonsmoking area but there were people in the hallway smoking the entire time

nice, looks like it was remodeled, rooms were clean, good wifi, comfortable bed and good location downtown

room was beautiful, clean, huge spa tub not far from the bed, very comfy king bed

best place to stay in reno, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and room service is fantastic.

the el dorado is on the end of town, which makes it very convenient to get to other casinos

hotel was close to airport & shuttle was provided for transportation

pool there is no spa jakuz

bad thing is that in the middle of the night, someone's car alarm went off in the parking garage for a long

as we would expect for the italian style we enjoy while there, and have huge bathrooms with large spa tubs

room service was a bit expensive but that is expected of a hotel of that quality.

we are not big on casinos and the smoking environment.

was expecting a call back from room service regarding a special request- never received it

cheap pet fee.

20 feet away is a casino and convenient store

the location is perfect, the rooms are nice, the casino is fun and friendly and the iron skillet has awesome

realize it was a pet friendly property

$50 dollar pet fee... i would have chozen a different location had i known

even though it is pet friendly, the room did not smell and everything was very clean

the pool was closed. i wish they advertised it being closed.

the pool was clean and kids really enjoyed swimming but towels never stocked for all the guests

room service staff walked by as i struggled and she just ignored me

read online that there was an airport shuttle

not easy to eat breakfast in the deep sofas especially for kids.

pool needed to be cleaned the water was green.
