locked out of room everyday at 11:20am, sign at front desk says 15 per pet but charges 20 dollars a day

holes in pillow cases, stains on sheets, debri on floors in hallway, coffee gone at 7:30am, pool drained and

the jacuzzi in pool area was not operational and was a big part of choosing that hotel

staff is friendly, breakfast is nice, parking is available

the pool was down due to a bad part,but everything else made up for it

i had to park across the street in a parking lot and walk almost a block back to the hotel

nightly pet fee was probably appropriate for a larger dog, but we have a 9 pound one that doesn't shed

they hadn't cleared the snow from the parking lot, which was rather slippery.

the room was very nice, and there is on-site guest laundry facilities if needed

the handicapped parking spaces were way over on the side of the building--not very handicapped friendly

were exactly zero lights working outside towards the parking lot, and the next morning when i went to get extra

parking could be a little more lite up

with no cigarette smell, very fast wifi, in the office you can find coffee, juice and muffins for breakfast,

breakfast was only muffins and coffee but still good.

it was quiet. my so and i enjoyed the spa tub and had a great nights sleep.
