room was next to the guest laundry, folks there were loud

service, clean and comfortable room, great free breakfast, parking is easily accessible to the elevator

from parking lot shone through my window all night, curtains were not dark enough to keep light out

lady that checked us in and the morning breakfast ladies were great

wifi have troubles

pull out couch bed is super uncomfortable, but we made our kids sleep on it, and they didn't complain ;) but

the pool was very refreshing and open late to accommodate our busy schedule

out of tubes for lazy river, kids was sad the 1st night no slide where open

additionally, for a villa this is the most basic kitchen i have ever had

didn t like that there wasn t many parking spaces near the welcome center

room had roaches the tv was old channels kept flickering out room service only came once and was very rude to

had to pay for everything, all the amenities like gym, golf, swimming pool with

and helpful lots of amenities and activities for kids/families, large, modern condos well stocked kitchen ac

in line and wifi but i'm not sure how they would improve that because of the number of people who stay
