as you knew we were travelling and staying with our pet and you had made the accommodation change why was the

was very small 32”,christmas dinner was not very nice, kids meals very expensive, hotel but everyone was very

efficient staff easy parking and ev charger

staff were incredibly helpful, and the bar did some very tasty cocktails

staff were fantastic, met all needs and expectations. parking was ample and room was clean.

service was pretty slow and room service breakfast consisted of cold toast we were really disappointed after

we came in an electric car, so the ev charging point was very welcome

wifi didn't reach room.

room service was slightly sloppy but barely worth mentioning - all was lovely!

room service to order snacks or lite bites would have been nice

the staff, both reception and bar staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming

hotel perfect, interior decoration perfect, room service on point , staff very lovely

due to covid, no room service at all currently, you have to ask for fresh towels etc if you want them, although

room service was amazing aswell as valet parking - not needing to worry about anything

the spa and gym and it was just a beautiful hotel. loved the cocktails in the room.

amazing for kids! big room with everything we needed for a two and six year old

we used the gym, had a massage used both indoor and outdoor pools along with pool side drinks service and will

tired and bored, the second who organised a maintenance man to fix our towel rail and ordered our room service

was really nice however the only tiny thing was the wifi we couldn t really get it in our room but that was
