pool was out of service! was not made aware of this at check in!

needed an early check in and marie at the front desk was so kind and helpful

wifi connection was not good at all couldn't even connect the kids ipads the whole time we were

wifi not working during the whole stay

room clean, staff nice, location great and breakfast great

we got the king corner room with the spa bathroom and that room is amazing

gym was in needed of clean materials in order to clean machines after use.

also there was not a microwave in the room, it room service brought one right up

great staff; convenient location with good views; easy to walk to restaurants and shops; very pet friendly

the gym had a water leak while i was there

horrible service, and the older guy is pretty weird around kids

of you want to watch tv you either have to be on the bed, the couch, or you can watch it from the kitchen while

the picture of the pool made it look larger than it was but it was still excellent,even though it was only at

i like that there is outside seating for everyone and it s not just in the pool area

had ants, we traveled with a pet, her pet food attracted ants, other than that, rooms were clean

breakfast was not up to what was expected. for hotel, you would expect a better breakfast.

our room felt like a suite and spa retreat. very nice accommodations, and the staff was so kind!

polite (forgot her name but she was tall) and she informed me that the room had no place for my kids to sleep
