the pool was clean

the water park was an added bonus and the cost about $20 a person and kids 3 and under were free

we usually make this trip 3-4 time a year the room was very nice and clean as well as the kitchen and

had grocery store on site, arcade, 7 pools on top of a water slide, a great italian restaurant, disgusting &

didn t like that it wasn t clear before booking that the water park was an extra charge per person

only thing i can say that i didn't like was the wifi

i also liked that i had a small kitchen and separate bedroom with lake view

more handicapped parking

i had to clean tub before giving my kids a bath because their was hair in it

i was able to cook and do laundry in my villa

the management was very accommodating to put early check in and selection of room

comfortable for family, spacious and laundry in unit

it was nice to get home and not have to deal with dirty laundry right away

was friendly, the rooms were very clean, the beds super comfortable, breakfast was good but with only one waffle

slightly dirty shower. broken shower rod. finding out there s no room service.

service was excellent, hotel was clean, had a great breakfast

the included breakfast was really good

the breakfast bar was quaint; we don t need a glamorous breakfast, just something to tide us over til

convenience with kitchen and laundry right in suite.

we wanted to take the kids to see the magician, but it did not specify which

the wifi was terrible and i didn'thave a signal on my phone.

the villa was big, beautiful, clean, furniture very well taken care of, beds super comfortable, kitchen was

loved the pools and the comfort of the villas and loved the laundry in the unit.
