location - we have relatives across the river in hampton, the breakfast of scrambled eggs, the pool with water

breakfast was very nice with numerous selections and a good size eating area

wifi kept cutting out

cold, availability of bottled water and ice, the mini frig and microwave, a great shower, and parking nearby

it checks all the boxes , price, location, good bed and shower and wifi and cable tv

i watched the guy in the room next to ours hang out his laundry on a clothesline

really nothing to offer , such and a dinning area or food , besides snacks, or a pool price could be cheaper

pool was too small and there was only one ice machine and it was in the lobby i stayed on the 4th

cleanest and comfortable bed, excellent wifi speed, staff and welcome gift

then in the morning the bar sink had a leak all over the floor

hotel room was very clean the food we did eat at the restaurant upstairs and even the bar food was pretty good

loved the gift shop and spa salon they employees at both were very nice and helpful

the casino/ buffet/ and the walk in shower felt nice the pool need to stay open longer

couldn t get any spa options hair cut and color, massage, were booked up or short staffed

breakfast was ample

breakfast is cold cereal, instant oatmeals, waffle maker, coffee, tea, juices, milk

i picked my room because there was a jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. neither one worked however.

had not been removed whatsoever from the parking lot or sidewalk

bed broke spa didn't work fireplace didn't work and duct tape together

up to the hotel it honestly looked deserted as there were barely any cars parked in the massive parking lot out

the restaurant served good dinner and breakfast

there was a kids birthday party & none of the kids had wrist bands & very few parents were there watching their

we didn't use room service, but it was available, along with wake-up calls, free wi-fi, and free amenities

noises from kids and smell of weed

i slept in a non-smoking room but couldn t tell the difference

the guy who checked me in was not happy to stop folding laundry to help me

poor wifi. and the night shift front desk guy was extremely rude. also found roaches

like kids sprawled out in front of side entrance smoking, drinking when i arrived

there wasn't enough coffee also the pool wasn't clean had a lot of things floating

hotel, with plenty of parking and ease of checking in

good breakfast, fast check in, tucked away, good parking.

the breakfast was excellent. a very good variety and quality.

didn't like the casino much you couldn't win anything

loved my shower i was very pleasantly pleased but for the part where i was too far from the pool to enjoy it

lots to do, not many kids all over! up to date, and food was great

parking was inconvenient took a bit to cool room off

tile floors around the pool were very slick, like the cleaning chemicals with the splashed water made it difficult

and for the money i paid for the room should of had room service 24 hr

wish room service had regular options all day like cookies, french fries, mozzarella sticks etc

all amenities and in hotel restaurant, bar, room service open

the old bar is a classic too
