room service was right on time

free shuttle service was so slow that we ended missing out on things and ordered an uber after being

johnnys sports bar was right next door and we had some great nachos

love the massage spa area too

maybe more beds around the pool as a large group could, and did, monopolise it.

bed was comfy the room was spacious and the spa/bath with jets was really cool

internet/wifi was erratic; hard to access and inclined to repeatedly drop

we received a huge room that i think might have been a suite, complete with a kitchen, sitting room, and separate

classic hotel and spa - close to so many great towns and vineyards - staff was outstanding
