resort is very large, with more than 300 rooms, 3 swimming pools, and 2 restaurants that are very delicious

laundry facilities are good

for the wifi was the only problem i had

restaurant and pool bar had a fantastic relaxing vibe & food was great

for private travellers parking was in a car park out the front which was nearly 100 metres from our room

not having free wifi

only one washing machine and dryer in the guest laundry

the staff were also able to upgrade us to a better room and give us good wifi when we requested it for meetings

arrangements, car parking and netflix facilities

really like how clean the motel was and the facilities like the gym and pool

easy parking

couldn't get a drink or snacks at night as the reception closed early, mini bar wasn't restocked and there wasn

liked the unit fits us all but many little crewling bugs on the tables dinning table and kitchen

there was no information given at check in regarding wifi password and what to do at checkout

location pool parking cost

loved the room made me feel comfortable made me feel like home love the spa really enjoyed it , the balcony it

perhaps the swimming pool floor and wall

it had a loft and spa bath really loved the room

because of the renovations breakfast was room service and not hot when delivered

i would have loved a bath! and some room service for a hot chocolate after the concerts

free ev charging in the underground car park was a

gym / pool bit small ,

staff were excellent and room service was great

friendly staff, very comfortable bed, loved the rainforest shower, really good breakfast, lovely pool

gym was a bit basic

needed better wifi

the open areas so that the other people that are in the closed room are able to walk out to the kitchen or

someone was parked in our parking spot when we arrived and we had no parking spot.

like villa, playcenter waterslide, waterpark, lagoon pool, staff , location and top of that food bar

wifi is very poor but in the scheme of things, there s so much else for the kids to do that it

breakfast could be a bit more exciting but it was nice enough

the bar staff is friendly and i had an amazing time

we also think the lagoon and kids pools need to be heated

everything very comfy beds spacious apartments pool

the pools, room service, and bar were all great

there could also be improvements to the car parking as it was difficult to find a spot

the pool was gorgeous and i loved the spa bath

the whole experience, nice & safe for kids & we had a range of ages, parking was close to our room, lots of

plenty of parking

maybe a microwave in the kitchenette area

just a bit annoying with a pram, if you have babies i would request first floor rooms or if pram parking could

it's a bit under staffed and you need to wait at the bar (one person doing it all) and for room service

ants in kitchen but that comes with the tropical climate and place is so big hard for elderly to get around

need to control their noisy children in the serenity pool

the spa on the balcony facing the pool was spectacular
