i didn't swim that's why i was not effusive in praise for the pool

prat before me opened my bar fridge bottle sauvignon blanc but the manager replaced immediately

the wifi really difficult to connect to

lovely, big comfortable room with free wifi, room service and close to airport

undercover parking was available

parking on upward st was easy to navigate

cold aircondition, large tv and comfortable lounge, close to pool, family enjoyed pool, close to laundry, 24hr

and a self service laundry

the room was in the right view. the kids loved the swimming pool.

small car parking ..

unreliable wifi

laundry facilities were old and dirty.

was not working in the kids room, reception did come and look at it but were not able to get it working continuously

lift not working, small bathrooms. no room service

it had a loft and spa bath really loved the room

pools for kids

kids didn t want to leave

very close to soccer fields and kids loved all the pools and the spa in room, awesome

we love having clean towels for the pool and room, we love having toiletries, and a small kitchen

that was the reason i chose a family suite with a kitchenette in which case self catered meals are possible

free ev charging in the underground car park was a

gym / pool bit small ,

staff were excellent and room service was great

friendly staff, very comfortable bed, loved the rainforest shower, really good breakfast, lovely pool

gym was a bit basic

needed better wifi

the open areas so that the other people that are in the closed room are able to walk out to the kitchen or

someone was parked in our parking spot when we arrived and we had no parking spot.

like villa, playcenter waterslide, waterpark, lagoon pool, staff , location and top of that food bar

wifi is very poor but in the scheme of things, there s so much else for the kids to do that it

breakfast could be a bit more exciting but it was nice enough

the bar staff is friendly and i had an amazing time

we also think the lagoon and kids pools need to be heated

everything very comfy beds spacious apartments pool

the pools, room service, and bar were all great

there could also be improvements to the car parking as it was difficult to find a spot

the pool was gorgeous and i loved the spa bath

the whole experience, nice & safe for kids & we had a range of ages, parking was close to our room, lots of

plenty of parking

maybe a microwave in the kitchenette area

just a bit annoying with a pram, if you have babies i would request first floor rooms or if pram parking could

it's a bit under staffed and you need to wait at the bar (one person doing it all) and for room service

ants in kitchen but that comes with the tropical climate and place is so big hard for elderly to get around

need to control their noisy children in the serenity pool

the spa on the balcony facing the pool was spectacular
