staff were friendly, loved the swimming pool in our room

the bar was quiet but it was ok to escape the room and have a drink

cafe twice and was no-one there to serve and could have done with some information in room about wifi passwords

wifi isn t the best and maybe a fillet steak and a few better starters in the menu, maybe a soup

close to the motorway and secure parking

also room position on kids playground is not good at all, it's pretty noise till 3am

i was informed the gym opens from 10am to 10pm

the shortcut buttons to call reception or room service didn't work, so you had to hunt for those numbers

wasn t a spa for treatments and the pool was outdoor only so no chance to swim in the cooler months

nice hotel, the pool was stunning

was excellent - the rootfop pool was a real hit with the kids

and what about the rooftop infinity pool

fault but didn t read the laundry charges properly as in spanish and was charged 100 euros for 2 shopping bags

the roof top bar and restaurant was very nice, good food and well priced drinks

very helpful and good communication with the receptionist. fast wifi!

the first night we didn't have wifi. i requested a check and then they fixed the problem.

and the wifi service wasn t secure

only 2 wifi devices

wifi was good, it was easy to park and easy to walk into the city centre
