the lift has not been operational for a while now. the wifi connectivity does not exist.

the elevator and the wifi

wifi was non existent in the rooms. they put a lot of money into making this place

elevator didn't work, although they informed us about that before our arrival, and the wifi was impossible to

poor soundproofing, small pool, poor selection of food for breakfast

pool was small and not well maintained. bathroom wasn't clean

some salty food should be added to breakfast, there are a lot of sweets

unfortunately, the wifi connection in my room was very unreliable (though i think my room may have been an

location, comfortable bed, and daily room service was provided

the lovely pool furniture was absent

fantastic position. close to restaurants and relatively safe at night. pleasant staff. nice pool

but upstairs door to pool area was locked early at night so we couldn't use, no exit point in case of fire

but very small and if folks were loud it disturbed your breakfast the smoking area by the pool made that area

at the check in we didn't receive any info about wifi neither inside the room there was not any paper

the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful and we loved the pool and spa facilities

we also ate at the bar twice and it was lovely

pool was a bit too small but understandably so due to location of the hotel

comfortable rooms, attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast

the gym was only 3 pieces of equipment tiny but i m glad they had one

staff are beyond helpful and warm and from their delicious breakfast to swimming in their heated pool, the 182

pool area beautiful and relaxing

breakfast was terrific

rooms are spacious with good wifi, big tv (with netflix) and a very comfortable bed

microwave refrigerator and room bar with great argentina wine

unreliable wifi in room. (lobby wifi was fine.)
