room too small, non working power outlet, and slow wifi

the room service ladies is the only i will go back because they are nice.

the staff was friendly. it was quiet. it was non-smoking room. the breakfast was decent.

wifi was magic especially after 3 weeks in china

also the shuttle / airport driver was incredibly rude and disrespectful

plus, the amenities close by like the spa and the rooftop club make for an even better

ac or heating working properly and kids were noisy my room was near elevator, so it was noisy

aournd the building and found a door in the back and later told that is supposed to be used by laundry people,

gym, sauna and pool were unexpected pleasures

desk needs more attention wait i little longer then a expected and were mom with there kids while no one was

kids running up and down 2nd floor at 12 midnight. probably late comers

was some sort of convention going on and jacked with kids partying till all hours of the night

didn t like the fact that we couldn t get in the pool because they were having a kids party and t took over

gym didn t have any towels or cleaning wipes in the dispenser. it also lacked air.

breakfast was good and the staff extremely pleasant and

inconvenience of having to log back on to wifi everytime i leave and return to hotel

breakfast was great and kids enjoyed baking waffles every morning

(it wasn t a flattering picture) i was afraid to stay there with my kids, but we had an early flight, and

the change machine in the laundry room did not work

the free shuttle to and from lga is also a fabulous perk

we used the shuttle service to the airport and they were kind because we could lock our luggage until the time

it s immaculately clean, the breakfast is good and plentiful, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is
