wifi didn't work, message said all the vouchers had been taken for the annexe

parking instructions however this is a minor thing and only meant for feedback to the hosts

parking right in front of unit was ideal for all the wedding paraphernalia we had to unload

there were a restaurant and snack bar on site providing meals and breakfasts

annexe is near washroom and a laundry room, this causing a lot noise, as people that were using the facilities

location for me was perfect for work breakfast was good, but nothing too special

excellent staff, acceptable room for the price paid and great english breakfast

the bar service was also excellent and the brunch we enjoyed on the 2nd morning

perfect location for stop over before early flight from stansted, bar served great

was amazing could not do enough arrived late for breakfast and still let me have a full sit down meal

wifi kept failing. large deluxe rooms, struggle to get warm for late afternoon/early evening.

very nice place great bar & restaurant. the staff were excellent. all cheap was nearby.
