we had booked a king room, but upon check-in no king rooms that allowed pets were available

it is a pet friendly motel, they are limited to only four rooms that provide accommodations for pets

nothing they only have a small amount of pet rooms

in a 1st floor outside room, i requested to be moved and was told no because i that was the only 'pet' friendly
