convenient to highway reasonable treed space in front wifi

wifi unusable. exterior could use some paint.

the place is a great value, i slept well and the wifi works great.

claimed great wifi was poor

wifi in room next to transmitter was good. two rooms down was problematic.

wifi was inadequate

room poorly set up, sporadic wifi, outside light on all night, highway noise, poor lighting, not enough hot

wifi was very spotty - needs improvement

there was a saint bernard in the kitchen while our breakfast was made

for a included breakfast it was exceptional.
