wanted to go swimming in the pool but the owners family ended up having a pool party for someone's birthday

parking is a little tight

friendly staff,good price/wifi, clean

travelling with youngish children we were very happy with the amenities; the tv and wifi were very good and

could have been better parking

lovely pool

room service, bath

pool service was excellent and the variety of pool bar menu was awesome and very tasty

super friendly staff and nice pool area

limited menu choices for children on the in-room service menu.

it was a great to have an ev charger on site so we could charge our vehicle

handy having a television in both rooms and kitchen and laundry facilities are handy

i loved coming back from the pool or shops and having our rooms serviced

the spa bath didn t work no aircon in the gym parking is $15 extra

room service at late hours was promot & friendly, bed was super comfy & spa was fabulous

full kitchen so can cook

the double bed could ve been in with the ensuite as i had kids

liked the rooms the kitchen had everything that i was not expecting to be in there thank you for that and the

the spa wasn't 100 percent clean

didnt have aircon in the main bedroom so i had to use the single bed in the lounge area and my kids had to sleep

not enough selection of beers, food etc in the mini bar fridge

the kids love the chocolate easter eggs left on the door handle

there was nothing in the kitchen except for stuff to make coffee

the spa was lovely and room service food was excellent

helpful & knowledgeable staff ease of check in spacious room complimentary laundry

would love to see more dairy free alternatives at the breakfast buffet

carpets had seen better days, room phone didnt work, wifi only free after you join the members club

there is a laundry on the basement level

loved that we could have adjoining rooms and the kids loved the facilities.

our room was an excellent size with river and foreshore views, we had breakfast included and plenty to choose

little spa retreat close to restaurants, river and stadium

not long enough to enjoy and will be back to solidly sleep as a queen in king bed and enjoy a spa

worst thing is the wi-fi, in the dining room has good wi-fi , but the bedroom and the balcony pool i cannot use

use of laundry, kitchen and lounge was great

wifi only works in the common area

offsite parking or when questioning items on our invoice (eg charges for a phone call for hotel wifi support

pool area was lovely and comfortable

room, gym, suana and steam rooms oveall was brilliant!

wifi was fast and reliable

free movie channels, taking kids and not having a dvd player and no movie channel was a bit

had no guarantee they would pick us up with our surfboards, only if no one else needed the shuttle

gym & pool facilities. free shuttle service

new bathroom with a bath for children comfort like a five star hotel i was very impressed private parking included

the gym is directly underneath and someone was dropping the weights from about 7am

room service menu was good

the pool is small as is the gym, crown definitely better for those but the room was amazing

staff, beautiful breakfast and meals, awesome location , beautiful and clean , fabulous all round

facilities, spa, pool, restaurant staff, all absolutely attentive and excellent

i thought the venue was disappointing and the food options. the wifi also wasn t working.

especially the night staff on 9th july, they made a prompt arrangement for my kids birthday and also prepared

bed is really comfortable, great wifi and nice and quiet rooms

) for family of 3 (incl 4 year old, rooftop bar even forbidden for kids, which i can actually

have preferred some more options for kids meals

the gym was way too small and lacked a fitness facility feel. more equipment needed.

the rooftop bar is a must vist, delicious cocktails with a very pretty view of the city

check in and check out, near to qeii hospital where i attended the conference, fast wifi and very convenience

near supermarket n the little kitchen enough complete

onsite parking

pool was empty (kids) but they understand its getting reno

noisy kids late at night.

only book accommodation with free wifi but this property only had free wifi if using their device - this isn't

wifi was cut off the night before departure & the toaster disappeared

also there is an infinity pool if you re wanting a swim

not a full kitchenette-limited cutlery, crockery and no microwave

thought there would be a kitchen in my room based on the description, there was only two bottles of water in
