no music at the pool

had a gym onsite, swimming pool, plenty of loungers but what stole thr show was the rooftop bar and

food and drink prices, good position for easy access to all areas, bbc channels on tv and good wifi, we had a

no free wifi hotel blocked sun at pool until noon outdated rooms

when doing entertainment or pool activities on no translation was done for are kids to understand

pool opened at 10 and it was a mad rush for beds

wifi wasn't great in the room

get wifi not enough sun loungers too many people from other hotels come in to use pool area food was

beds were comfortable. kettle was a bonus. wifi was good

staff on arrival met with refreshments was told times of breakfast early check in was available also breakfast

for us we would have liked the gym to have opened before 1000

parking should be included. spa spouts did not work in spa pool

not keen on spa therapist. very small inside pool with limited seating on roof terrace

not really 5 star facilities. gym unusable because of heat.

we also attempted to use the spa facilities; however, this experience was extremely disappointing

tight for a large vehicle the hotel provided courtesy slippers and bath robes in the room for the spa super

the pool bar did not have enough staff to cater for the amount of guests

the indoor pool was not heated

rooftop bar was fantastic

gym only has 4 pieces of equipment so very tiny one 2 person at a time

but when we arrived we re told the kids couldn t use it so they didn t get to swim the whole holiday and

very good breakfast. excellent choice of food..

nicely situated, close to shops, restaurants, beach and the casino

took 3 teenage kids and everyone said the best holiday they’ve ever had

rooftop bar and sports bars were amazing

the parking was closed due to renovation; i had to leave the car in a paid parking lot near the casino

great pool & the spa at the hotel is a must

handing over 20 deposit for two pool towels and a 2 laundry fee is a big cheeky

the kids club hours are very short although the people that work there are wonderful

glasses in the room to have a drink out of the mini bar

the golf courses were ok apart from the bunkers

no kids menu on room service no kids menu at all ( so there were a lot of people with kids) the parking machine

more gluten free options or labels on the service at dinner and breakfast.

pool, level lounge, breakfast was great

if you don't have kids like myself then at small parts of the day you can here

lovely choice for breakfast...plenty of healthy options too.

pool facilities are nice and hotel lobby area. gym was very good. breakfast was nice.

kids club and night show is a big plus

room service staff were lovely, and in peak season (when amusement park is open) it is a convenient

i also asked for room service which was advertised but i was told it was unavailable so i had to order from
