potholes all over the parking lot

the parking lot and building exterior are in bad shape

no breakfast dark parking lot lots of vagrants

place stuck like pot and we rented non smoking room

parking lot was slightly confusing for us to park close to entrance

i stayed here twice before on our husband and wife overnight break from life, kids and work and had a great time

we'll be going back soon for our date night getaway from the kids

they cut the wifi off at 7am on the last day to checkout

awesome pool and cute balcony

since they allow pets, i assume many rooms must smell

that the laundry didn t have detergent to purchase

cigarettes but my nasal congestion was horrible that night ( usually affected by cigarette or pet dander)

one point there was a small gathering in the parking lot but not too much of a bother for me or my family and

stay location is awesome and i love they dont allow kids adults only resort rooms are amazing location is super

i had a non smoking room and it smelled like someone smoked in the room

the light fixtures was covered with toilet paper and we had to keep emptying the bucket under the kitchen sink

the spa tub jets wasn't working

wifi was spotty but free

so my 3 kids and i use only one bed

for us having to witnesses the confrontation and went above and beyond by offering us credits for room service

bar was beautiful, but the walls are built all the way up that there s no looking out at the city

extra cost for wifi

amazing breakfast and location. i picked this hotel for it proximity to pennsylvania hospital.

ambiance of the hotel was decked in holiday splendor with greens, warm fireplaces, wonderful cozy, quiet sitting

extremely comfortable bed, kitchenette, pull-out sofa, modern bathroom with all the amenities - like a small

breakfast could have been a little better quality, but it was fine for being included in the room

wifi was strong everywhere on the property and it was free

gym didn't work, ac in my first room broke and then the second was incredibly loud at night.

really didnt care for the parking of this location

the pool had some rowdy kids in one day that prevented us from going in.

the breakfast was awesome!.

friendly staff. clean rooms and excellent fitness/spa services.

the room was beautiful, the spa and services were wonderful, and the staff was excellent.

perfect location, great staff and the gym is top quality

i also would have preferred there to be soap for the kitchen sink

delivered to room in a laundry bag

loved the guest laundry room kept spotlessly clean

machines in gym are outdated and some are broken, and no other weights but dumbbells

the size of the room and the mini kitchen

only how expensive the wine and champagne that they have at the hotel but the bar is a lot more cheaper

bar and room amenities were very expensive

the convienance!!!!!! of having the bar & restaurant... great

highly recommend the spa king room: the hot tub was amazing

only disappointment was that the free breakfast was not true
