couldn't work out if there were any facilities like gym but not really an issue

parking and wifi availability and also the location. plus staff friendliness.

room service only until 11pm, no ice machine for guests

perfect breakfast with a kids play zone! thank you for having tasty and calm breakfast time ;)

shame that nothing was open (i guess because of covid) so couldn t eat in / get room service etc

drinks offered on arrival and got a token for a drink in the bar - staff very helpful - helped with cases etc

this time we used the spa (petite and perfect) and ate at olio, the restaurant

didn t have the breakfast as we thought it was expensive at 35 euros pp and we were 4 with a light eater and

we loved breakfast on the terrace (it was a bit expensive but worth it)

rooftop bar has a great view but could be made more cool with nicer lighting and ambience

the wifi in the room was practically nonexistant

with owners which we generally like to have when travelling to know the city & tips regarding bar & restaurant

the rooms were very comfortable and the pool and garden is very nice

you have the city center just 10min from there, and a nice bar in the corner

between myself and one of the staff from the bar it took 8 attempts before the details were accepted

very clean and comfortable room. bar does a very good breakfast.
