wifi was quite patchy- we had a few challenges with getting on it, and using the qr code to order

the beds were exceptional. best sleep ever. well stocked mini bar and lovely spacious bathroom.

breakfast of croissants, yogurt, jam, fruit and fruit juice in a wicker basket brought to the door,

bed was really comfortable i liked the bar attached to the hotel as with brasserie

the shower and wifi are excellent

staff were friendly and welcoming, bar area was nice and cosy and it s in a great location

beautiful rooms with great simple kitchen facilities which mean i can make myself a meal

poor selection of food on room service at night time no hot food just sandwiches

bar staff were not too happy to see us even though the bar was quiet

wifi was so slow to be unusable

in the original room - but staff dealt with it really quickly and moved our luggage for us - the wifi was slow

friendly, the room was beautiful, i just wish we had more time so we could have used the infinity pool & spa

thought spa (gym) was included however we booked it through booking

what a wonderful hotel in the heart of manchester, we came with our kids we loved how quirky and fun the hotel

hotel was great with kids, they were so happy there and the staff was amazing

loved the spaciousness of the rooms and the little added games for kids
