no wifi in the room as ours was away from the main building but the manager has that in hand
stable rooms which opened onto the garden which were perfect for pets
room above kitchen has noise from kitchen fan - might bother a light sleeper.
communication between waiting staff and kitchen could have been better
impossible request: more parking?!

had a great nights sleep very quiet and the spa tub was wonderful
wifi signal was week but i was there to relax
and parking were excellent
up to date & modern facilities, very good food, polite staff, great parking spaces

such a beautiful traditional old english pub / hotel with old wooden beams and open fireplace.
the wifi isn t always great in the upper rooms, but it s a very old building!
the pub is full of character, originated in 14th c, wood panels, huge fireplace, quirky cosy corners, fantastic
food and drink were all reasonably priced and the bar and restaurant staff very helpful and cheerful
pub in a great location, staff were brilliant at check in, behind the bar and in the restaurant

so, in the evening you will also see the locals having drinks at the bar and having a good time
continental breakfast was included in the price and it was above average
the room was beautiful, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was great

ground floor large room was next to kitchen so so room did smell of chip fat.
was excellent, both from our room and from the bar and breakfast area: it was very nice eating breakfast looking
room service was also excellent
we had towel swans and rose petals on the bed
