staff helpful food beautiful, pool a little cool, but still lovely

friendly, welcoming staff and good parking close to hotel, set in beautiful grounds/golf course.

all the staff were welcoming and efficient, the lady behind the bar and the team serving breakfast

the location is perfect, just outside leamington spa, no problems with parking

no restaurant, gym or swimming pool

property was so unique, spotlessly clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very tasty, the staff were friendly

we also couldn't get the wifi to work to access youtube

no laundry service . menu should be more varied especially the salad options .

very basic facilities. kitchen closed after 9 pm and no option for food. no value for money

took our pet dog (terrier) and no problems with this

the bathroom door wouldn't shut, full length mirror at the end of the bed, waited 2 hours for room service it

as late may bank holiday at end of lockdown hotel was not full and gym operating reduced capacity

parking was free as well
