staff wouldn't let us go swimming at all. my kids where get upset

the security guard came into the pool area and said the kids had to get out

pool and hot tub were great also

to be put on the 1st floor but wasn't told it was the pet floor and had a dog barking next to us- would have

problem - wifi was not terrific

the wifi was very good. staff was friendly. besides the smell in the room, everything was clean.

the parking lot and area around was a bit sketchy looking.

the large sized bath/spa in the room

easy access from freeway and from parking lot

was a car and a bunch of people in the parking lot at 2 am playing loud music

not being able to use the guest laundry room and the gym.

it caused a bad odor in the lobby and high humidity from their laundry room

the wifi, while it s working, it was good

we were looking forward to using the spa bath and it was quite dirty looking so we didn t

no pool was a huge disappointment to the kids

they have a free laundromat there, they have a swimming pool, hot tub, business center, a little gym, free

pool size full kitchen

breakfast was phenomenal and the fact that laundry is free bonus

breakfast served was outstanding

bonus for us, they had a free ev charger in the parking lot for our car

nice pool and spa but we could not use

loved that it has a pool, breakfast and laundry on each level

i loved the room/the breakfast buffet/and the indoor pool.

i like that fact laundry was at end of hallway available 24hours with access key

the breakfast was great
