make sure we were in rooms near other family members, we had a place to park our camper, and just felt welcome

pool wasn't open but website said it was open that why stayed there because of was the pool was

the pool was not big enough for many people.

breakfast was lacking but overall location of hotel is great and easily accessible with restaurants

loved the beds, the, bathrooms, the kitchen, the dining table, the view, the living room area

some of parking lot was a little dirty!

one little problem with kids playing at our door and prank calling the phone but the staff handled that quickly

the parking lot was a little cramped. not much they can do about that.

when we first arrived they had the fireplace going and music playing in anticipation of our stay

listing had both pool and hot tub checked, but we only found a hot tub

we weren't able to use any of the luxury items such as hot tub, shower, or kitchenette

games in the welcome center need to be updated or replaced (ie pool table and tabletop bowling game)

accommodations were beautiful with a private cabin, ambiance, hot tub, kitchen, fancy bathroom, and wi-fi
