wifi was unreliable. air con was poor

breakfast had a great variety

hotel, own large parking, nice staff, very comfortable bed

there's plenty of parking and a relaxing courtyard

breakfast was average

always found a parking space and it s free

venue from the restaurant and bar to the outdoor pool

wifi was unprotected, no tea/coffee or kettle

overall decor is truly decadent and amazing of the bar area and rooms wow

room could have done with a mini fridge and wifi as network connection wasn't great

have done enough for us, arranging taxis, giving advice, room service, extra towels, use of pool

location and very comfortable. good wifi

no ev charger point wifi not great trying to be eco with no room refresh and give a voucher for a drink but

breakfast was very good, whenever a tray was getting empty, staff took it into kitchen and brought it back out

is very hard to fault any aspect of our stay or the service, both in the bar and for breakfast

and less private and it would have been much better if the national trust could find alternative parking spots

a couple who like to exercise, we found the gym small and really lacking in equipment

the afternoon tea, breakfast and dinner in the astor grill were delicious

feel welcome, no coffee in the room (you can't order room service for coffee, it's not hot
