the room is spacious and super clean, very friendly staff and good breakfast

free parking if you re travelling by car with loads of room underground

parking in garage under hotel is again really helpful will use them

breakfast excellent with freshly squeezed juice (not the carton type), pod coffee and

coffee bar on site was just a machine behind the bar

bed friendly staff at reception and restaurant nice dinner for a good price spa bath in the

location was good. parking onsite

although a lovely feature the spa bath was very difficult to get in and out

free parking is a plus

the gym has good equipment and is not too busy

paid for half board for myself, partner and toddler but had to pay extra for kids meal at dinner time

very clean, sweet staff, fast room service.

however, was the service: the ease of communication when using the hotel s different services (room service

in a long time, especially alberto, christine, amber and the lady running the terrace dining and bar area

only downside was the pool area it was quite small and had only a few loungers, so unfortunately we didn

drawback was the pool - i would describe it more as a plunge pool and it is in a relatively small outdoor area

of the best locations in benamaldena, with a great panoramic view of the ocean from the rooms, breakfast/dinner

we had a lovely room service dinner on our terrace in the sunset with the best room service meal i ve every

great on one hand, as lots of room, but the stairs are marble and quite open, i was worried with kids up and

the wifi can be improved, once in a while it had some failures.

first night finishing off with cocktails at the infinity pool bar on the top floor of the hotel, spa time on

room service is slow, i asked for a plug and they told me it may take 15 minutes

we had dinner in the hotel one time and used the breakfast buffet in the morning

didn t think the room service selection was very appealing, and the breakfast we had to our room was not what

the pool area is lovely sparkling clean, inviting, and surrounded by those same beautiful gardens,

hotel is beautiful and calm with a lovely pool and views of the gardens and the sea in the distance

breakfast at casa blu was a highlight, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options

breakfast was too weak for a place like this, deserves a little more attention

reading a book in the elegantly furnished living room, or simply soaking up the sun by the pool, there s

affected by covid but not aware til, arrival ie no fridge, tea making facilities issue with wifi

of buffet breakfast was excellent, morning and evening views superb, host alaine was great knowledgeable

no wifi

we were the only people staying and the included and very basic breakfast was served in our room on a trolley

very clean ,and a poor breakfast frozen bread and dirty glasses ,i didn t like the way the table was laid

wifi worked well in the hotel room and hotel lobby

no air conditioning in the gym. i can't think of anything else.

the staff at reception were friendly and gained my kids over with some complimentary marshmallows that they

hardly any english channels. they could add a games room for kids

it had everything and more that we could have asked for - the gym was great, the rooms were clean and luxurious

rooftop bar close too soon and the bar and restaurant take to much time in bringing food and cocktails

breakfast was extremly good
