wifi did not work

of covid restaurant wasn t open, breakfast was in a different hotel, appears bar was only open on our second

staff rarely seen, breakfast rudimentary, wifi poor, sound insulation not good

the spa facility is fabulous

lovely bedroom and pool area

in the deluxe suite which was absolutely stunning, as was the location of the hotel, spa and

the breakfast room is light and airy over looking some wonderful pool views

the room we stayed in was lovely, with a spa bath and big comfy bed

especially when the restaurant and spa are closed in during the week in low season

the price was a bit on the step side. you'd have to pay for the spa

suite was clean, spacious and comfortable

people all using pool so guests couldn t use sun beds or sit by pool as already packed with

it was very very hot and a shame the outdoor pool wasn t open!

hotel is spacious and calm

we grabbed a car park space outside the hotel on the road , but parking is limited , i think it s under

the hotel appears to be almost brand new and the room we had was a 'suite' with its own kitchen area which

breakfast consisted of a couple of croissants and bread rolls with some jam

breakfast was disappointing though, same things every day, some cake and sweet pastry, we missed

and the miriam was so helpful in booking us restaurants and looking after our needs - the breakfast in our suite

in our apartment, hOhle, there is no wifi

there is also a well-equipped kitchen & relaxing lounge area

liked the city centre location, attractive room, en suite facilities, bar and cafe attached to the hotel and

breakfast at the weekend was continental during the week tostada

wasn't really clear what food was available for breakfast and so we decided to eat later

me a room on the 1 st floor and 6:30 i woke up by noise from the rooms above me, sounded like a laundry or

breakfast was poor

& bar closed at 5pm daily
