lovely pool area and great pool bar/restaurant

i did note a lot of couples there who seemed to be having an equally wonderful time in the spa, gym area, evening

liked very much: the heated pools; the fast wifi; the location; the gym with outside view

late check out very reasonable and until good time also

the gym , needs updating and more equipment

also no problem with late check out

gym was far too small & therefore never available to book in the morning

water park is small, but my children love it. meal is good also. staffs are very kind.

i would like to point out for fellow travelers is that there are not alot af benches around the kids pool and

everything was amazing the breakfast, the room, the view and the staff

breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something

shares most facilities (spa gym evening restaurants) with a massive child friendly iberostar anthelia

parking near the hotel is limited to some 6-8 slots which are always occupied

loved both pools but preferred the family one as found the roof top bar a little too quiet and the pools are

adult section was really amazing, the breakfast was also really really good there was a lot of choice

the main pool is quite shaded but adult only roof terrace is ideal.

our room was perfect as usual! the breakfast was fabulous, anything you wanted was there!

i did not use the spa but my friend did and she said it too was very good, she had a lovely manicure and pedicure

access to prom/beach, private car park was useful, shower was excellent, bed very comfortable, spa treatments

was there were not many options for vegetarian or vegan food for lunch and dinner or on the room service menu

delicious food, relaxing environment, comfortable rooms, and nice room service

everyone understands some restrictions but to not be able to play catch with your kids, come on, that's the

mini bar in the room is well stocked with a full separate wine fridge

we had an issue with booking golf which caused a lot of stress and the concierge were not particularly helpful

more room service room options would be nice

the birds that kept singing outside by our private luxury pool

great activities for the kids, lovely pools (many to choose from)

wifi was poor, it was sometimes hard to watch a youtube video not to mention uploading some photos

the room service menu and food could be improved

loved the infinity pool and the gym was also very good

room was absolutely gorgeous with a kitchen although we didn't use it as we had a full board room and also a

renting a car there's a free parking on site and if you're staying longer there is a self-service laundry

the mini golf facility was unusually beautifully landscaped with a stream along the lanes

the best part was the pool, the bar inside the pool and the staff

the breakfast was great and made us things that were not on the menu and nothing was an issue for them

there didn t seem to be a toilet in a public area when in the bar or around the pool

if you want to use the wifi - be ready to put in your passport info for the registration and it still does not

only thing i can think of were the paper/plastic cups around the pool which tended to go soggy - a minor detail

there is no free drinks in the bar on the roof but you can upgrade your standard all inclusive to plus inclusive

we had dinner there and was very good, breakfast was good also, staff very gentle

there is a lot of gravel in the parking and the car skidded hardly while leaving the ramp

view from upper hills , enjoyable property with swimming pool and sauna nice meal for diner at a convenient

food and start/finish hikes became rather repetitive but the hotel was quiet and had plenty of parking

every day and staff superb the overall experience amazing and it is a little haven for weather bar and restaurants

staff at the kids club is fantastic and really take care of the kids

of the all inclusive side we couldn t get an ice cream near the bottom pool despite offering to pay and we

- the room service made a mistake and charged me for 2 dinner when i only ordered 2 bottles of water

the wifi wasn t that strong and the hotel is so big it s very easy to get lost hah

food in the main dining was delightful; however, the food in the snack bar by the pool was less than desirable

design, despite the hotel been full it never felt busy, lots of space and always room round a pool and the staff
