didn't like how dirty the pool was, but then again it was very windy

activity pool needed to be skimmed. it was not clean.

positive point : the café (managed independently from the hotel) and the gym

bar being renovated so trying to get drinks during the day at the restaurant was difficult

in front of hotel and out back along the walking area no chairs or bench to sit on and no self laundry for

they allowed us to keep our room a few extra hours beyond check out because we were waiting for a spa appointment

the pool view is excellent. watching the sunset from the pool area was a really amazing

overpriced for the quality; gym too small for the amount of guests; poor signage for arrival after

gym, games room and

size of the 2 bedroom suite, the washer and dryer in the unit, the gym, everyday having a special something to do

golf facilities were not as good as other resort hotels that we had used.

the shuttles that can take you to the fairmont, the shops (with grocery), and the gym/spa was very convenient (+)with golf fields, its own beach and pool area, extensive areas for work out or walking, a great gym with swimming pool and tennis courts (+)i like the location, staff and the facilities like the gym, pool and beach.

the pool and hot tubs are also really nice and clean as well

we also ate at the honu bar

for our honeymoon and we had a bottle of bubble in the room and a card when we came back from the pool

the room was amazing, the restaurants were fabulous with beautiful views, the golf course was impeccably manicured, and the people who work at the hotel were so friendly and

loved everything at the four seasons hualalai resort on the big island: the staff, the golf course, the spa, the paddleboarding, poolside with yummy free treats, the hotel itself and the

room service surprisingly comes at the wrong time like end of the day!

to maldives ,a private island in philippines and thailand and we feel for a comparable price that breakfast could be included in this expensive rate at four seasons

my husband enjoyed the hotel's amenities like the gym & complimentary hot breakfast

the pool, laundry area, and gym are all clean and well kept

maintained fitness center with multiple pieces of broken equipment

no exhaust fan in bathroom room smelled musty need larger fitness center, more machines

was more than i expected except that the fitness needs more equipment

only have one small hot tub for so many guests is unfortunate; it was usually full of kids and we never used it once during the week

the gym was lacking however, all cardio equipment and no weights or machines

gym, rentals and some other onsite facilities were closed due to covid

clean and friendly staff. the gym was exceptional with clean and well maintained equipment.

laundry service was limited to machines that were working on only a few floors (self serve)

after beach and pool activities, having easy access to laundry made a huge difference and added so much convenience to our stay

the pool is the bomb!!! wish the restaurant would open.
