plenty of services (parking, storage for skis, storage for suitcases, bus to the slops, sauna, gym (+)central and easy to access gym , pool and nice space in general (-) no airco in the gym and the air was not fresh (-)gym opens at 0900 cet and closes at 2130. the dinner was not aligned with the pictures. (-)was no water in the gym or spa

the water in the cold-water-pool for after the sauna was not clean and there was no way to get out of this pool

there were only 2 high chairs and so many kids on the first night which made dinner quite difficult

arrived early afternoon in mid summer and had the whole spa with relaxing music & pool area for ourselves for hours

great that it has a free shuttle bus

breakfast was great, with lots of choices, including fresh fruit

golf not in good shape

a very restful place to be but with a pool and golf and the spa there was potential to be busier

being called a golf and spa hotel staff denied all knowledge of anything we asked them about the golf

reception was great, the views were excellent and a round of golf would have been the icing on the cake, but sadly no time

great location and spa facilities. very helpfull staff. food was good.

the staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. swimming pool was lovely, room was amazing.

when we booked we were not aware that the bar and restaurant did not open on a monday
