and everyone else i met from the reception to the room cleaning to the gym / spa maintenance were all welcoming and positive people

having the gym/pool/spa use included is worth its weight in gold, and so useful for it just being next door

great facilities (gym, lounge area, kitchenette in room) and loved the fact it was a net zero hotel (+) we checked out the gym (just to be nosey, not to use it (+) the staff are consistently warm and helpful, there s a gym and laundry on-site, and the tube is just a five-minute walk away (+)everything, staff were amazing, room was great. gym well equipped (+) 24hour access to the cutest gym (+) we also used gym (peloton) and washing machines, and sat in nearby parks recovering from jetlag (+) great vibe, great gym and amazing team that work there (+) gym was great and no issue checking out slightly later (+) the gym is nice (2 peloton bikes, which requires an account, some weights and a bench) (-) would be nice to have a treadmill in the gym for those rainy days (+)the room was great, the location is perfect and the surroundings excellent. nice gym .
