very friendly staff, clean quiet room. easy on-site parking. food was good.

was in the annexe just off the main car park, we didn't have any problems parking during our stay

lack of wifi in the rooms also the bar wifi is not really sufficient if you need to work

the small gym room has no air con even though there is an old one on the wall; it is not plugged in or used

(*) plus their leisure facilities: pool, sauna, steam bath, gym, jacuzzi are outstanding (+)clean, good location and nice facilities. friendly staff. small gym but good weight range (+)staff on arrival and during stay, room upgraded as unoccupied, bathroom was clean and spacious, gym and pool facilities were clean and in good condition (+)was clean and looked amazing, general vibes from the hotel was good, bar was also really nice, gym facilities was (+) swimming pool sauna and gym very good indeed, sauna door seal needs urgent attention

kids got playsets and ducks

room service was most excellent

the hotel itself is clean, with a lovely spa included in the stay

buttery--not a good way--and served in a column configuration that wasn't very appealing--the kids wouldn't go near them
