to get to the game rooms, gym, and indoor/outdoor pool, creek, & playground you have to walk to the property next door

that means you're a 2-minute walk away from a building with a sauna, an indoor pool, a very good gym, a pool table, tennis and a racquetball court

the additional amenities including the pool and gym were a nice bonus
