we asked for blankets and were told laundry was closed and he would see what he could do, but he never returned

my suggestion is when you have groups of people especially ones with wild rowdy kids that can’t be watched or kept under control by their own parents or hotel staff at least put

we arranged for time off work, a dog sitter, overnight care for the kids and then as we’re on the road 20 min from the hotel, i receive a call from the front desk
