accommodation in rodney bay with convenient shuttle access to bg resort

it was great having a gym but not all of the equipment worked initially which was frustrating

the hotel had excellent swimming pools although the gym amounted to just one functioning machine

coffee terrible, it s supposed to be a 4* hotel and there were very few services, no gym, cheap decorations, the shuttle never runs on time, reception staff were useless

gym could be better equipped & if you are serious about using it then you will need to book in

treadmills in the gym not working correctly. needs to be fixed.

selection of desserts & breakfast cereals could be improved

the breakfast could have been better.

i also enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the daily room service

most pools closed at 6 pm, with one adult pool staying open until 8 pm.
