room did not have a luggage rack, or dirty laundry bag, and the gym had no wipes, water, or paper towels replaced at the time i worked out

tho i had a reservation and i was told to look down the street at the holiday inn so me and my 2 kids walk on the side of the highway to the holiday in express where i was
