parking, wine happy hour, cookie happy hour for kids, heated indoor pool, hot tub, games, gym, shuttle service to beach that's super close anyway, tons of shops and restaurants close by,

great breakfast, wine hour, the gym, rude to the beach with towels and chairs available to the guests, proximity to everything, and

i spent some wonderful time on equipment in the gym
