the walk to the springs requires a minimal level of fitness, but certainly a standard level of able-bodiness

more equipment for the kitchen such as better knives, some bowls, and towels would be nice

breakfast buffet was wonderful with a lot of choices and was a treat with tasty local ingredients

forest, termales springs and spa area is gorgeous

the service person at the pool bar was very friendly, we enjoyed his attention

espresso coffee machine was available but not offered in the breakfast menu

pool, local produce, unique rooms, great people, lots of wildlife (frogs, birds etc (+) they have a 'poza' which is a natural pool (though theirs is sort of man-made) in the river for swimming in and some inner tubes which (+)a nice playing area and most importantly - has access to a true paradise in the form of a natural pool area from the nearby river, you can spend days there if the weather is right (free of charge) (+)the rooms were amazing at night and the natural pool was great! (+) the natural pool was a highlight for me (+)environment, the natural pool and the possibility of walking in the forest of the property (-)restaurant and natural pool are some distance away from the main hotel (+) the natural pool was fun, but the whole area could use some love (broken chairs (+)natural swimming pool/swimming hole

he even arranged room service for us when our baby fell asleep before we could go to the restaurant
