pool and hot tub were out of service for over a month and did not clarify that on booking

no spare blankets for more kids

breakfast looked good but was unable to enjoy due to gluten allergies

free complimentary breakfast was amazing

thanks to the facilities such as restaurant, gym and pool, i didn't have to go out to eat dinner :) the room was so clean and cozy
