the gym was serviceable, and the staff were all very congenial and helpful

location is phenomenal with the view, beach and short walk to st ives - facilities such as the gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great; never too busy that we couldn t use - staff were

no gym and spa was good but smaller than expected.

spa opens a little too late at 9am, so realistically unable to get a swim/gym in before breakfast

the gym is pretty much none existent. that's the only thing that let the whole thing down.

my only minor comment was that the leisure gym member of staff could have been a little more friendly
