hotel is in a good location, the services are great, so many side activities (gym , indoor and outdoor pool, the river side walk and views, hydro bikes , etc) and a lovely bar & (+)overall just a nice location. great room with one of the better hotel gyms that i have seen (-) wasn t able to use the pool facilities or gym, was put on hold for over 10mon waiting for a room service

the breakfast bar is bad, not alot of choice, broken toaster and it is costly

neighbors, slow room service, forgot items from room service, when checking in they told me i had booked two rooms,

the hotel was full of hockey kids and there were adults and kids yelling and running down the hallway at 11:30pm-12am and

restaurants and pool for grandkids to use.
