gym was incredibly small for a property this size

was charged a service fee for things like the pool and gym even though we never used it

it's a mini city inside, complete with tons of restaurants, gym, pool, and shops

the spa treatments and fitness classes.

the food and room service were very good

loved the fact i could walk around in my spa robe all day

accommodating and pleasant staff, a quiet room, an exceptional breakfast and spa services that were rejuvenating for everyone and anyone, the spa at norwich inn was a pleasure
