i loved the pool and it was actually warm and not freezing like most hotel pools

a little rough around the edges but for a grandpa and 3 kids it was good

missed having the breakfast.

i understand the no breakfast but no coffee

ac was not working, small room for a suit / spa room small refrigerate

the fitness was closed

amenities advertised at the property (pool, whirlpool, fitness room, hot breakfast) were non-existent

the pool and the fitness center made the trip most enjoyable for my husband

run down terrible fitness center bad breakfast

fitness room has treadmill, elliptical & push pedal recumbent bike

look’s unkempt no breakfast, almost got hurt on broken gym

the gym was very very simple. if free weights are added, that would upgrade it a lot more.

thought tge sauna should have been next to the gym , and at least a small set of dumbells

toilet was running all night, blow dryer didn’t work, and the lightning in the fitness center was non-existence

the breakfast was wonderful. the staffs helpfulness. they were great.

friendly customer service and the room was very clean and the pool and hot tub was awesome

bathrooms needed remodel. pool & spa a little cloudy. sauna didn’t work.

and hot tub is not working and their is a paper stating to go to a different hotel to use their spa and pool

the spa was broken and looked like it had been for a while, the pool was dirty and there was rubbish

the location was great and we had a room facing the lake. the breakfast was excellent.

the kids had so much fun

granted we could go to another hotel and use thiers but it made it more difficult to load the kids up and then drive and then unload

the water park in this hotel is a great time for the whole family

we have not used the pool in the last few years

the pool was pretty awesome, but we discovered that it fills up with kids really fast

the commotion of downtown and there was plenty to do; enjoying the quiet waterfront, playing glow golf, exploring the grounds and more
