of the room (we had a two bedroom) front desk staff (very accommodating) amenities (pools, gym, small convenience store, valet parking) location (walkable to restaurants and grocery stores

out bed wasn’t very comfortable for my kids (ages 9 & 12) had the same issue last yr

the unit was clean and the in room laundry was awesome.

a couple looking for a respite there was no adult only pool, but only a “quiet” labeled pool connected to a very active area and even this quiet pool

the kitchen in the room, the ability to use pool at westin south villas, and the fairly close walk to airport beach (named for old airport

the fact that the studio had a full kitchen and washer and dryer

got a fine room with a kitchen and a nice courtyard (and partial ocean) view in ka'anapali resort at the last minute

the shuttle service to shopping areas was a nice bonus

the wifi was poor. the tv are small. the gym was way to small for all these guests.

satyed only half a day as we had overnight flight and our hotel was not able accommodate us with late check out
