key redone to get in room stayed 5 days no coffee in rooms charged for coffee to take to room room service sucked some days you got towels no hot water and water pressure was low a/c didn't

also the carne asada tacos by the pool in the evening time, were absolutely delicious
room was super spacious and the view amazing, same as the bath tube outside and the warm pool
almost empty, missing a bit of charm from the pool bar for instance (2nd week march) (-)the pool bar was not open on the two days we were there (+)nice & they have access to the big swimming pool, hotel has access to regular one with a noisy bar (loud music) the issue is (-) lobby a bare cement mess (-) the pool bar and the entire beach club
