we booked because the property claimed to have a pool but the pool was empty.

the pool closes early and opens late the room had roaches and was not very clean

the location was really close to shopping. and the temperature of the pool was amazing

and the second most complaint is they need to upgrade their gym, it’s very bill with options for people that like to workout

yet the gym is open for 24 hours

are not friendly and i ask gym open it’s locked and i ask swim pool irs very dirty and i lost my cell phone charger and

eggs for breakfast was a little cold and some of the gym equipment didn't work, phone in my room didn't

the gym equipment was old, broken and run down.

in the gym, only 1 machine is plugged in

got through to find out that not only was the shuttle service cancelled, but so was access to the gym and the continental breakfast

broken on the floor and the bathtub wasn't too clean and only one treadmill worked inside the gym

no pool, they claim to have an exercise room, never saw it

the breakfast is served in another sort of building attached next to the main hotel entrance

did not advise us if what was closed due to covid no breakfast available at all due to covid gym closed and be ready to pay $100 for incidentals
