the only complaint i have is that the treadmills in the gym were of poor quality.

the gym was clean and pleasant to work out in

the breakfast staff consisted of a very happy, hard working man who went over and above for each person

the kitchen in the room.

wide variety of prepared breakfast options as self serve breakfast is unavailable

staff was wonderful and even accommodated our early check in with no problem

lack of attention to cleaning, the pool was closed the whole week as well as the gym

is not very helpful and are easily agitated when i asked for a simple request could not use the gym facilities cause it was closed for whatever reason this is the worst hotel ever do not book

later that day, i tried to use the gym, which was also closed

however, they closed the pool and hot tub as well as gym
