liked the fact that it was pet friendly and had an indoor pool for my kids

the staff is really sweet only day 2 here and the breakfast is so yummy

gym facilities were greatly lacking and one of the 3 pieces of equipment was out of order

the gym was even small

nice gym & laundry room are a bonus

breakfast was delicious and the staff, on check in and check out, were very friendly and welcoming

they even had enough towels in the gym and pool area

we used the pool, hot tub and gym and they were great

alcohol, popcorn and soda with a nice pool make this an excellent place for a family with kids to stay

it was so quiet. bed was comfortable. breakfast was amazing.

the room was nice and we enjoyed that we were able to get a late check out to use the pool after breakfast since the night before it was too packed to use

bartender was very rude to me when i ordered dinner

keeping the hot tub. not having too much chlorine in the pool.

also bar was not open booked through booking

the bar and grill were closed.

clean, close to activities - food, shopping, gym etc friendly and accommodating staff

the allowed us to have a late check out on our last day which was very helpful

the bed was very comfortable. i liked the extra sitting chair too. breakfast was very good.

the beds are comfy, the continental breakfast is above average with hot foods (eggs, oatmeal)

well maintained and manage property. i also liked the gym.

i did not use the gym at the hotel because guests get free access to the ymca - a five minute walk from hotel

love a clean room, and have walked away from breakfast spreads that didn’t look sanitary

there is a dedicated smoking area by the pool for guests, but employees smoking by the front door is not very welcoming
